"Route 66, On The Road To Medicare And Long-Term Care" was made possible through funding from the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a), the Administration on Aging (AoA), and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  It is a service of HICAP, the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program of the County of Ventura Area Agency on Aging.  HICAP provides free, unbiased Medicare and health insurance counseling to both current and future Medicare beneficiaries.
